“As a dancer yoga started to be part of my life very early. It helped me recover from various injuries and soon became part of my daily practice. Yoga enabled me to always keep coming back to my center, to take that time just for myself and get the connection between my mind and body back. Searching for fun, creative ways to move is something I love to do not only in my own practice but also whilst teaching. In my class I combine a bit of my two passions, dancing and yoga, into the flow. I am grateful for the chance to share this with others and hope to help students take the joy of yoga into their daily life.”
